Breakfast

Enjoy a full breakfast in either our dining room, which overlooks a perennial garden, or on our spacious deck.

Breakfast Menu:

Fruit/berries in season and yogurt
Choice of juices, freshly ground coffee and a variety of teas
Homemade granola and freshly baked goods
On a daily basis, one of the following will be offered:
    - muffins
    - scones
    - biscuits
    - cinnamon rolls
Homemade jams
One of the following will be the main daily breakfast presentation:
    - Four cheese eggs
    - Eggs Benedict with either ham or smoked salmon
    - Spinach-cheese Soufflé Roll
    - Blueberry Stuffed French Toast with Whipped Cream
    - Scotty's Nest Eggs with Hollandaise Sauce and oven roasted home fries       (organic PEI potatoes)
    - Oatmeal or blueberry pancakes with pure maple syrup and bacon/ham
    - Belgian Waffles with pure maple syrup and bacon/ham
